A world class private equestrian centre on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula
C4 Architects produced a comprehensive masterplan for Boneo Park Equestrian Centre on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula for which the first stage of construction included a 66 x 30m covered riding arena, 20 stables and associated facilities in addition to a manager’s residence. The aim was to provide a high quality base for private training as well as a recognisable destination to identify Boneo Park as a significant centre for horse sport in Australia. The property includes an internationally significant wetlands and a complex design and approval process has allowed the facility to enjoy the best elements of the site while avoiding any negative impact to the sensitive environment.
