The Spring Street Wagga Wagga Affordable Housing Project is one of our recent affordable housing projects that shows the successful development of a single dwelling site into higher yield, four apartment complex.The homes achieve a high end, contemporary townhouse look, and provide and affordable housing solution for Seniors and Disabled living. This development continues our building solutions for government housing that increasing site yield for the client and creating dwellings that are not ‘collectively’ recognizable as affordable or social housing .
